McLaren College is an online school designed to identify and train people for software
engineering careers who otherwise may not have such an opportunity.
We do not charge any up-front fees for our course; our fees are charged as a
percentage of a student's income after they finish the course.

Your main responsibility will be to help us grow the business by: (a) Identifying ways to advertise
and reach potential employers in the US, Canada, UK, Singapore and Australia who may hire our graduates;
(b) Promoting and marketing our course to prospective students in India; (c) Helping us attract senior
software developers and teachers to train students.
You will also be responsible for any day-to-day tasks that do not involve teaching or programming, such as answering questions posted by visitors to our website or conducting interviews of student applicants.
You must have excellent proficiency in English and several years' experience working in a growth/marketing role in a dynamic, independent environment - ideally in a startup company. You should also have a university degree in English or communications or other relevant background.
We are a remote-only team and you can choose to work from home or a coworking office space provided by us. You will be expected to work 40 hours per week, usually 8:30am to 5:30pm IST Monday to Friday.
